What's the A/A/A mode of this?
Automation. We build a specific scripted workflow on precise instructions. If Rung 4 lands, Rung 5 (productised Automation) or Rung 6 (Augmentation pod) is usually the right next step — Rung 7 (Agency managed agents) comes later, once Automation is bulletproof.
Do I need an NDA first?
We'll send one within 4 business hours of your request. Or use yours — we'll sign most standard AU mutual-NDAs without redline.
What if the workflow doesn't score well?
You still get the blind accuracy score, the time-saved calculation, and a clear read on why. That's useful even if we don't proceed — you know whether it's a Description problem (fixable), a Discernment problem (harder), or a fundamental mismatch.
What if I want to use a different foundation model?
We don't. Adaptation AI is Claude-exclusive — that's the boutique specialisation. If a different model is genuinely right for you, we'll say so and refer you. We'd rather refer you away than deliver a mediocre result on the wrong tool.
