William Prosek
Founder & Principal Consultant
From deep reinforcement learning research to building Australia’s dedicated Claude consultancy, William brings over eight years of hands-on AI and machine learning experience to every engagement.
His background spans deep RL, computer vision, and applied ML since 2018 — long before the current wave of generative AI. That foundational expertise means Adaptation AI doesn’t just deploy Claude; we understand the underlying principles that make agentic architectures reliable in production.
Today, William specialises in enterprise Claude deployments, helping Australian organisations move from proof-of-concept to production-grade AI systems with proper governance and compliance.
Our Story
Adaptation AI was born in Adelaide, South Australia — a city quickly becoming a hub for defence technology and innovation. What started as research and experimentation at a university innovation centre evolved into a focused consultancy as we recognised a critical gap in the market.
Australian enterprises were eager to adopt AI but lacked partners who truly understood the technology at a deep level. Most consultancies were spreading thin across every vendor and every model. We chose a different path: exclusive specialisation in Anthropic’s Claude.
That pivot to Claude-native consulting has proven transformative. By going deep rather than wide, we deliver implementations that leverage Claude’s full capabilities — from Constitutional AI alignment to agentic architectures — rather than treating it as just another language model.
