His background spans deep RL, computer vision, and applied ML since 2018 — long before the current wave of generative AI. That foundational expertise means the team doesn’t just deploy Claude; we understand the underlying principles that make agentic architectures reliable in production.

Our Story
Adaptation AI was born in Adelaide, South Australia — a city quickly becoming a hub for defence technology and innovation. What started as research and experimentation at a university innovation centre grew into a focused consultancy as our team recognised a critical gap in the market.
Australian enterprises were eager to adopt AI but lacked partners who truly understood the technology at a deep level. Most consultancies were spreading thin across every vendor and every model. We chose a different path: exclusive specialisation in Anthropic’s Claude.
