Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to services provided by Adaptation Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 48 702 388 252), the operator of Adaptation AI. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

If you cancel fixed-price work before we start it, we refund in full any amount you have paid for that work.

Where we agree to deliver a build on a pay-on-acceptance basis, you pay for the build only once you accept it. If you do not accept the build, nothing is payable for it.

You can cancel a monthly managed service by giving us 30 days’ written notice. The service continues until the notice period ends. We do not refund the monthly period that is current when you give notice.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies the Australian Consumer Law provides, whatever this policy says.

Email your refund request to accounts@adaptation.ai with your name, the invoice number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 business days.
